A whole body massage with some focused time on specific areas would require a 90 minute massage.

Scar tissue is an amazing glue creating stability and structure, it is so good at these offerings that it can cause a decrease range of motion and muscle flexibility around the effected muscle layers. Whether from surgery or an injury it can be beneficial to support your healing with continuous massage within the first two years (after the first four weeks of healing) to decrease the growing tension patterning, though it can be beneficial at anytime to have work done around a scar of any age if you are feeling tension and decreased range of motion because of it.
