The Practice

Welcome. I am here to listen to you and be with you in the unique connection you have with your body and how it is feeling.

Massage can sometimes feel vulnerable or unfamiliar, and because of that, it may feel inaccessible. Bea offers a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed approach that centers your comfort, agency, and care.

Through compassionate communication, thoughtful touch, and attention to your individual needs, Bea creates a grounding space where you can feel safe and supported. Each session is tailored to your individual body’s specific needs. Before each
session we do an intake to understand where you and your body are at that moment and the first session we have together will be
more thorough to have a better overall understanding of your body.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be guided through what to expect, with clear communication and adaptability for changing needs throughout your session.

You will be offered language to support your agency and autonomy during the session and clear communication of what the session will look like. This bodywork is slow and sensational not painful.

You are invited to take up space, be curious, and fully relax into the experience.
